Loïc Dantec’s Cuisine
Growing up in Normandy, Loïc Dantec always knew he wanted to become a chef.
He developed his experience in some of Paris’s leading restaurants, including L’Espadon at The Ritz Paris, Epicure and 114 Faubourg at Le Bristol Paris.
Passionate about wine, Loïc Dantec approaches the cellar with the same enthusiasm and curiosity as his cooking. Discovering, understanding and sharing: for him, wine is an encounter as much as a pleasure.
