Throughout Étoile Park, the work of artists and artisans forms an integral part of the interiors. Their creations are incorporated into the rooms and shared spaces, contributing to the character of the hotel and the experience of each stay.
At Étoile Park, hospitality is defined by the quality of the welcome, attentive service and care for every detail. The team is discreetly on hand throughout each stay. A simple, thoughtful approach to comfort.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Étoile Park brings together the work of several French houses, artists and artisans. Maison Cormier created the furniture and bespoke joinery; Steaven Richard the balustrades across the hotel’s six floors and the lift surrounds; and Agnès Sandahl the ceramics and tableware. The leatherwork and stained glass were entrusted to specialist ateliers. A collection of antique rugs, sourced and selected with Galerie Achdjian, completes the interiors.

Art Throughout Étoile Park Hotel
Steaven Richard
Artist and decorative metalworker Steaven Richard began his career as a farrier before joining the French Republican Guard and continuing his training in workshops across Europe. In his Paris workshop, he works with metal and bronze, exploring relief, texture and patina while developing his own rolling techniques. For Étoile Park, he created several pieces, including the balustrade that runs the full height of the main staircase and forms part of the hotel’s architecture and interior design.
Agnès Sandahl
Based in Vallauris, creator and designer Agnès Sandahl works with earthenware, porcelain, glass and paint in a former pottery whose wood-fired kiln dates from 1850. Her work has led to collaborations with leading chefs including Joël Robuchon, Mauro Colagreco and Éric Frechon. For Hestia Étoile and Chef Loïc Dantec, she created the restaurant’s complete ceramic collection.
Atelier Simon-Marq
Founded in Reims in 1640, Atelier Simon-Marq has carried on the art of stained glass for almost four centuries. Its history is closely linked to Reims Cathedral and to artists including Marc Chagall, Joan Miró and Maria Helena Vieira da Silva. For Étoile Park, the atelier created several contemporary stained-glass pieces integrated into the hotel’s interior architecture.
Ateliers Duchemin
For six generations, Ateliers Duchemin has carried on the tradition of master stained-glass craftsmanship. Established in its current form in 1950, the atelier creates and restores stained glass using traditional techniques. For Étoile Park, the atelier created several pieces incorporated into the bathrooms and Hestia restaurant.
Maison Cormier
Founded in 1987 by Jean-Luc Cormier and his wife, Maison Cormier specialises in fine cabinetmaking and bespoke interior fittings. Based in Laval, it works with wood, lacquer and finishes in its own workshops. For Étoile Park, Maison Cormier created the furniture and bespoke joinery for the rooms and Hestia restaurant.
The Étoile Park Rug Collection
The Étoile Park rug collection spans almost a century of craftsmanship. It includes hand-knotted Persian rugs from Naïn, Isfahan, Tabriz and Qom, as well as signed pieces from the 19th and 20th centuries. Sourced and selected with Galerie Achdjian, a Parisian specialist in collectible rugs and textiles for three generations, the pieces are displayed throughout the hotel. Each room has its own rug, individually selected from the collection.
Ombre PortéeSculpting with Light
Eric de Dormael is the creator of Ombre Portée and of all its lighting designs. Ombre Portée designs and creates lighting in which form and material are as important as the light itself. Brass plays a central role in its work, with particular attention paid to craftsmanship and finishes. For Étoile Park, Ombre Portée created several bespoke light fittings for the rooms and shared spaces.
