Open to hotel guests and non-residents alike, Hestia Étoile welcomes diners for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A second location, Hestia Notre-Dame, is situated in the heart of the Latin Quarter at 8 Rue de la Huchette and is open daily for lunch and dinner.
Loïc Dantec’s Cuisine
Having worked at The Ritz Paris and Le Bristol Paris, Chef Loïc Dantec brings to Hestia a contemporary approach to French cuisine, rooted in seasonal ingredients and precise cooking.
The menu evolves with the seasons and according to availability. Dishes favour balance and clarity of flavour, with particular attention paid to sauces and jus. The result is generous, precise cooking rooted in the fundamentals of French cuisine.
Hestia’s Wine Cellar
Hestia’s wine cellar brings together close to 500 wines, predominantly French and selected from the country’s major wine regions. Established estates sit alongside lesser-known producers, with a strong representation of France’s great terroirs.
The selection evolves with new discoveries and includes a range of bottle formats as well as wines by the glass.
