Purpose
These terms and conditions govern room reservations and services booked with Étoile Park Hotel, 10 Avenue Mac-Mahon, 75017 Paris, directly or through etoilepark.com.
Reservation & payment
A reservation is firm upon written confirmation. No prepayment is required at booking: a payment card is requested as a guarantee, in the form of a pre-authorization, with no immediate charge. The stay is settled according to the conditions of the selected rate. Rates include all taxes except the tourist tax, payable on site.
Cancellation & modification
Unless specific conditions are stated at the time of booking, any reservation can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Beyond this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, fees may be charged according to the conditions of the booked rate.
Check-in & check-out
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm and must be vacated by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out on request, subject to availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls, absent an amicable agreement, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. Consumer mediation: [MEDIATOR TO BE COMPLETED].
